The Electra Set Cycling Set is made using the finest of non fading Italian ink. It uses 3D stereo cropping fit stretch to ensure you are comfortable and content whilst cycling. The initial eye catching feature with this set is the graphic design and colour, however take a closer look and you will see how carefully it has been constructed with care, time and mostly importantly, the rider in mind. 

How it was Designed?

We know that the cycling suit is an indispensable part of the ride, which is why we took time and care when designing this product. They start's with the finest Italian non fading Ink combined with mesh side panels for extra breathability and stretch. It also has 9D groin padding technology to prevent pain while you ride, providing unmatched fit and exceptional comfort.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 10 - 20 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 10 - 40days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

The item I want is out of stock / unavailable, can I pre-order?

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept pre-orders for items that are not currently available.

Pre-orders cannot be taken via the website or through our customer services team. For some of our most popular lines where we are expecting more stock to arrive soon you will see an option on the product page to register your interest to be emailed when more stock arrives.

Cancelling an order for delivery

It may be possible to cancel an order after it has been placed. however if there is a tracking number supplied we cannot cancel the order until it has been received. 

Do you offer finance at Ben's Bespoke Interiors?

No we don't at the moment, however we offer Klarna buy now pay later OR buy now pay in installments.

How do I return my order?

The easiest way to return an item which has been delivered, is to email us requesting a return we will supply the the return address and deal with the returns via exchange or refund.

14 days DOA product guarantee
If one or more of the items you received are damaged, different or not working, you will be protected by this guarantee.

What we will need from you.
1. The Order number and item number;
2. A photo or video showing the issue;
3. A photo of the shipping label and original packaging;
We will review your claim and contact you if we need more information; If approved, we will arrange a replacement part or a Partial refund of the defective product. We will pay for the defective part through a replacement part or a partial refund of the defective product. If you are very dissatisfied with this product, please do not hesitate to contact us, our customer team will provide you with a complete solution.

Where do I send returns?
For the item, if you need a return, please contact our customer team before. Bike Safety Solution will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.

Do I need to return all its components or just the faulty part?
Unless agreed otherwise, you should return the item as well as its original packaging and all its accessories, like batteries, cables, chargers, and similar ones. If one component, accessory or spare part is missing, we will ask you to pay for it.

60 days conditional return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new conditions, we can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
If a product is damaged or not working, please refer to our 14 Days Product Guarantee or the warranty of its category. The return package should contain all the accessories of this product, which should still be in good condition.

Cancellation guarantee
For canceling an order or change an item which has not been processed, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the expected shipping date of your order has already passed and it has not been shipped, you can cancel the order and request a refund, which will automatically return to your payment account within 5 business day
Orders whose parcels have already been processed can not be canceled. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 60 days after receiving it, you are protected by our "60 Days Return to Us" guarantee.
