How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5 - 10 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 10 - 15 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
The item I want is out of stock / unavailable, can I pre-order?
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept pre-orders for items that are not currently available.
Pre-orders cannot be taken via the website or through our customer services team. For some of our most popular lines where we are expecting more stock to arrive soon you will see an option on the product page to register your interest to be emailed when more stock arrives.

Cancelling an order for delivery
It may be possible to cancel an order after it has been placed. however if there is a tracking number supplied we cannot cancel the order until it has been received.Do you offer finance at Bike Safety Solution?

How do I return my order?
The easiest way to return an item which has been delivered, is to email us requesting a return we will supply the the return address and deal with the returns via exchange or refund.

If one or more of the items you received are damaged, different or not working, you will be protected by this guarantee.

2. A photo or video showing the issue;
3. A photo of the shipping label and original packaging;
We will review your claim and contact you if we need more information; If approved, we will arrange a replacement part or a Partial refund of the defective product. We will pay for the defective part through a replacement part or a partial refund of the defective product. Where do I send returns?
For the item, if you need a return, please contact our customer team before. Bike Safety Solution will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.
Do I need to return all its components or just the faulty part?
Unless agreed otherwise, you should return the item as well as its original packaging and all its accessories, like batteries, cables, chargers, and similar ones. If one component, accessory or spare part is missing, we will ask you to pay for it.
60 days conditional return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new conditions, we can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
If a product is damaged or not working, please refer to our 14 Days Product Guarantee or the warranty of its category. The return package should contain all the accessories of this product, which should still be in good condition.

Damn fair? I thought there would be a backpack about nothing. He took it today and fucked up, for 1300 at a discount, a gun race. It's roomy and at the same time not big. in the compartment for the hydrator at least two to 3 liters will fit. In a large compartment a lot of junk to fit in the third spare parts can be thrown. Who luyuttel velopatushek al 45-80 km take without thinking. I had 1.5 liters, it's certainly good but in it except sh drator, keys and phone nothing was placed. Top backpack for a penny. In the spring I will test in the case. and well, the delivery to the point of issue was at once. A week of everything.
Just an unreal backpack for your money
The backpack meets the described I arrive well in time and shape, if it takes 1 month to arrive ien packaged and sis problem, I had already bought with this seller, if I then order
