If you wish to return your order, please email us at and we will provide you with the returns address. Once you have returned the goods, we require a proof of purchase (receipts) to complete your return.

Our returns policy lasts for up to 30 days after you receive your order. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

 Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be issued a refund.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery and/ or that has obvious signs of usage will not be issued a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. The returns address will be the Wearhouse the product is shipped from which can be the UK, EU or china depending on where the product is from. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an items worth over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
