How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5 - 10 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 10 - 15 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

The item I want is out of stock / unavailable, can I pre-order?

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept pre-orders for items that are not currently available.

Pre-orders cannot be taken via the website or through our customer services team. For some of our most popular lines where we are expecting more stock to arrive soon you will see an option on the product page to register your interest to be emailed when more stock arrives.

Cancelling an order for delivery

It may be possible to cancel an order after it has been placed. however if there is a tracking number supplied we cannot cancel the order until it has been received.

How do I return my order?

The easiest way to return an item which has been delivered, is to email us requesting a return we will supply the the return address and deal with the returns via exchange or refund.

We will review your claim and contact you if we need more information; If approved, we will arrange a replacement part or a Partial refund of the defective product. Where do I send returns?
For the item, if you need a return, please contact our customer team before. Bike Safety Solution will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.

Do I need to return all its components or just the faulty part?
Unless agreed otherwise, you should return the item as well as its original packaging and all its accessories, like batteries, cables, chargers, and similar ones. If one component, accessory or spare part is missing, we will ask you to pay for it.

60 days conditional return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new conditions, we can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
If a product is damaged or not working, please refer to our 14 Days Product Guarantee or the warranty of its category. The return package should contain all the accessories of this product, which should still be in good condition.

Nice lantern. Everything works well as in the description. The light is quite bright in the afternoon will be visible, and in the dark in general the fire. The remote is convenient, the buttons are pressed well. As for the vice of this device, it looks rather durable not fragile and especially passed the test by the Russian mail as the seller badly packed the goods and the box broke down. To the seller respect for a good product and minus for packing. The Lantern does not stink of cheap plastic and is not heated. Well, how long will it be enough to show the time of normal operation.
